ORGANIC STONEGROUND LIGHT SPELT FLOUR

Light spelt flour is milled from organic spelt grains with part of the bran removed, resulting in a finer texture and lighter colour than whole spelt. Unbleached and additive-free, it retains spelt’s rich nutty flavour while producing softer, lighter baked goods.
Organic Spelt
Suitable for all pastry products or blended with whole spelt for breads. Reduce water by about 15% when baking. Add a small amount of ascorbic acid (⅓ ml per loaf) to improve loaf quality.
