Refund policy
We have a 14-day return / refund policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return or refund.
To start a return / refund, you can contact us at hello@westpointnaturals.com with order number.
If your return / refund is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Issues That Do Not Qualify for Refunds or Returns
We cannot accept returns or issue refunds for:
- Products not purchased directly from Westpoint Naturals’ website.
- Products damaged due to improper storage or handling after delivery.
- Any return / refund request made after 14 days of receipt.
- Change of mind requests.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Quality Concerns
We take product quality very seriously.
While we generally do not accept any opened or used products, we will review cases involving quality issues or defects.
If you believe your product has a quality-related concern, please contact us at hello@westpointnaturals.com within 14 days of receiving your order.
Our quality team will assess the issue and, if validated, we’ll replace the item or issue a refund to make it right.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
