From our warehouse in Port Coquitlam, BC, we ensure each package reaches you safely, quickly, and in excellent condition.
Processing Time
- Orders are prepared with care and typically shipped within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
- Orders placed after 12.00 PM PST on Fridays, weekends, or statutory holidays will be processed on the next business day.
- If your order is delayed for any reason, our team will personally reach out to you with an update.

We ship across Canada using trusted major courier services for reliable and timely delivery.
- Estimated delivery time: 3–7 business days, depending on your location.
- Shipping fees: Calculated at checkout based on order weight and destination.
- Free Shipping: Enjoy free shipping on all orders over $99 anywhere in Canada — provided your order qualifies for standard parcel delivery accepted by major carriers.
- Please note that remote or oversized orders may not qualify for free shipping.

Prefer to collect your order yourself? We offer complimentary in-store pickup at our facility:
