At Westpoint Naturals, every order is packed and shipped directly from our own facility — not through a third party. This means your products are handled with the same care and quality standards we put into everything we make. From our warehouse in Port Coquitlam, BC, we ensure each package reaches you safely, quickly, and in excellent condition.

Processing Time

  • Orders are prepared with care and typically shipped within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Orders placed after 12.00 PM PST on Fridays, weekends, or statutory holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  • If your order is delayed for any reason, our team will personally reach out to you with an update.

Shipping

We ship across Canada using trusted major courier services for reliable and timely delivery.

  • Estimated delivery time: 3–7 business days, depending on your location.
  • Shipping fees: Calculated at checkout based on order weight and destination.
  • Free Shipping: Enjoy free shipping on all orders over $99 anywhere in Canada — provided your order qualifies for standard parcel delivery accepted by major carriers.
  • Please note that remote or oversized orders may not qualify for free shipping.

While we work hard to meet delivery timelines, external factors such as carrier delays or weather conditions may occasionally affect transit times.

Free Local Pickup

Prefer to collect your order yourself? We offer complimentary in-store pickup at our facility:

  • Pickup hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM (PST)
  • Closed on weekends and holidays
  • You’ll receive an email notification once your order is ready for pickup.
