Teff flour is milled from tiny North African grains rich in fiber, iron, and calcium. Naturally gluten-free, it has a malty, cocoa-like flavour that enhances sweet and savoury baked goods. Commonly used in Ethiopian injera bread.
Milled Whole Teff Grain
Substitute 10–20% of flour in baking recipes with teff by weight. Works well in pancakes, cookies, and brownies. For structure, combine with xanthan or guar gum. Adds a soft texture and subtle sweetness.
