Organic Oat Flour adds fuller flavour and a chewier, crumblier texture to bakes—great for cookies, pancakes, and muffins. Grown and milled in Canada. Naturally gluten-free.
Organic Hulled Oat
Mix ¼ cup oat flour with flours that use similar liquid (e.g., quinoa, buckwheat, spelt). Add extra liquid if a denser dough is desired and always include a binder (e.g., tapioca starch for cakes/cookies; potato starch for fruit-heavy bakes).
Use in place of wheat flour in many recipes with guar or xanthan gum; also pairs well with almond meal or coconut flour. Try in blueberry muffins, double-chocolate spinach muffins, lemon poppy seed bread, or fruit crisps.
