Our baking powder is created by combining baking soda and an acid (natural cream of tartar). It is a free-flowing, white or colourless powder used to help baked goods rise. This leavening agent is specially prepared for those on a wheat- and corn-free diet, as all the ingredients used in this blend meet Canadian Celiac Association guidelines
Tapioca Starch, Natural Cream of Tartar, Baking Soda (Sodium Bicarbonate)
Use 1½ teaspoons of this wheat- and corn-free baking powder to replace 1 teaspoon of regular baking powder.
Ideal for gluten-free and allergen-friendly baking recipes.
