Organic Amaranth Flour is made by finely milling cleaned, whole amaranth seeds. Amaranth is a fast-growing, drought-resistant plant that produces small grains on bright red or golden seed heads. This flour has a naturally sweet, nutty taste and is rich in high-quality protein, fiber, and minerals, making it an excellent addition to nutritious baking.
Organic Amaranth Grain
Use amaranth flour to boost the protein and nutrition of baked goods. Substitute up to 25% of the wheat or grain flour in your recipe with amaranth flour.
For gluten-free baking, combine 75% amaranth flour with 25% arrowroot or tapioca starch for a balanced texture and flavour. Ideal for breads, muffins, and pancakes.
