ORGANIC COCONUT FLOUR

Organic Coconut Flour is a naturally gluten-free flour made from defatted, desiccated coconut after most of the oil has been extracted. It has a mild coconut aroma, high fiber content, and is an excellent source of plant-based nutrition for baking and cooking.

Coconut flour can be substituted 1:1 for other flours in recipes containing eggs (use at least 1 egg per 1 oz of flour). For egg-free recipes, replace only 15–25% of total flour with coconut flour. Because of its high fiber content, add equal parts liquid (water, eggs, or milk) to maintain proper moisture.
It can also be sprinkled on cereal, added to smoothies, porridge, or desserts to boost fiber and enhance flavour.
