ORGANIC BULGUR COARSE

Organic Coarse Bulgur is made from soft wheat kernels that are parboiled, dried, cracked, and sifted for size. This process preserves much of the grain’s natural nutrients, resulting in a versatile, high-fiber food with a light, nutty flavour.
Pre-Cooked Soft Organic Wheat Kernels
To prepare: Pour boiling water over 1 cup of bulgur, just enough to cover. Let stand for about 20 minutes, or until soft, then drain excess water.
Bulgur is popular in Middle Eastern, Mediterranean, and Indian cuisines. Use as a base for tabbouleh, soups, or as a nutritious alternative to rice or couscous.
