Organic Psyllium Husk
Mix 1 tablespoon psyllium husk with at least 8 oz of water or juice. Stir briskly and drink immediately before it thickens. Follow with another glass of liquid. Can be added to smoothies, cereals, or baked goods for added fibre. Always consume with sufficient liquid.
