ACTIVE DRY YEAST
Product of Canada
Active Dry Yeast is a regular baking yeast made from a special strain cultivated for hardiness, uniformity, and stability. It is free-flowing and promotes balanced fermentation, improving the quality and consistency of raised yeast products. All natural and gluten-free.
Yeast, Sorbitan Monostearate
Allow the dry yeast to sit at room temperature before rehydrating. For best results, rehydrate for 5–10 minutes in warm water (32 °C – 43 °C) using at least four times its weight in water.
Use the prepared yeast for baking raised yeast products such as breads, rolls, and pizzas.
